Tommy Horton MBE is our Ambassador and leading light when it comes to pitching, chipping and bunker play – what he doesn’t know about the game of golf you could write on the top of a golf tee.

Tommy trains our staff to be the best, to coach and demonstrate to levels no one else can emulate.

Tommy attends at regular times to give clinics and private lessons. Be amazed, he is the best!

Glenn Billington - A specialist putting coach who has credibility as his middle name. He coaches professional players from the Men’s European tour, challenge tour and other tours across Europe – Ladies from the European tour and the Access tour!

He makes time for golfers of all standards because he knows that this part of the game to most amateurs is neglected! Take time to understand and develop your skills and you will be a different player. Your playing partners will think you have had ‘putting surgery’ when you leave the academy!

Adrian Rudge is a golf teaching professional who has a great ability to lead you towards improvement you never expected.  Adrian is an advanced PGA coach and leads you in an instinctive direction where there will be long term solutions not the normal short term fixes.

Many players of all standards, including tour professionals trust Adrian and his methods, you will be next.

Range Balls:
We can cater for a single basket of balls to a daily, monthly or yearly rate.

Full Swing lessons:
One hour lesson ‐ 65 euros but we do packages for a reduced rate.

Short and Long game lessons:
So important to make sure you have the correct understanding of how to chip, pitch and play the up and down shot from the bunker! Improve your full swing!

Indoor Video Teaching bay:

Putting Training:
We can offer then a clinic with Glenn Billington in the putting studio ‐ equipped with video, SAM putt Lab, mirrors etc – Glenn is a specialist putting coach and coach’s players of all levels – including men and ladies European tour

Putting Pricing:
Individual:
One hour individual session for beginner/intermediate player – 65 euros
Individual Advanced: ( 2.5 hours ‐ Putting lesson from Glenn Billington)
Where Glenn’s expertise will improve your client’s stroke, understanding and confidence. Use of all equipment video, Sam data etc is included.

Future long term development is set ‐ drills and goal planning is arranged.  Information pack completed – video’s, SAM data and an agreed action plan - Price per person 200 euros

Group Putting / Swing lesson ‐ beginners and intermediate players.

One hour group session is 100 euros. Two hour group session is 200 euros.
There is a Minimum of 5 persons in group, maximum of 10 persons.

Long game facilities: -

The range is fitted with 36 hitting bays on two levels! There is plenty of room for you to feel comfortable.

We also have specific grassed area where you can perfect your swing and feel.

Two indoor bays: -

The hitting bay which is fitted with cameras, large screen TV – a complete video teaching facility.

A Purpose built putting centre – again fitted with cameras, mirrors, top class flooring, large screen TV and the SAM putt lad for added support. Our coaching staff are experts! Get their involvement and help. They are here for your piece of mind and to make sure you are practicing correctly, that the drills you are doing are right for you; specifics are the most important thing. We will help you set targets, goals and aims that are achievable.

We have a larger than normal chipping green that can cater for numerous people with room and safety in mind. A large bunker compliments our short game area.

The two putting greens are large and testing to match any of the greens out there.

This is a magical Academy but the peace de la resistance is the 6 hole Academy course which runs adjacent to the facility – 3 pars threes and 3 par fours – testing but great for putting your new found skills to the test!

Gym/Fitness Room

Also available to our customers and guests is a golf-specific gym fitted with equipment to help any golfer improve. We also schedule fitness classes and dance sessions.

We aim to make sure that our clients are cared for. If you have an injury or need to wind down then we have the ability to arrange for a Physiotherapist or Masseur to attend. We have a specially sited room, why travel when they can come to you?

There are added costs so please ask for information.

Meetings/Classroom

If you intend meeting other people or you have a business schedule arranged then our classroom/meeting room is available on the first floor. Comfortably seats up to ten people. TV and computer equipment are available upon request. Drinks and snacks can be provided.

A great place to meet – doesn’t even have to be golf specific reasons.

Tour Operators and Golf Professionals

We offer assistance and advice to Tour operators and Golf Teaching Professionals who want to bring their groups to Hacienda Del Alamo and have a visit to beat any other available. Let us make all the arrangements and organise your stay.

You will be able to conduct your own coaching or arrange for our assistance. Working together will be a great experience. Elite, County and National Teams already use the facilities at Hacienda Del Alamo. Just imagine how happy your group will be when they arrive here with us?

Yvonne Billington and Drew Ryder will ensure that your stay here will be complete.  From a full English Breakfast to a menu del dia we can ensure that you never go hungry. We will cater for all requirements so please advise of any issues we need to know about.

Visiting our academy will be an experience in itself.
